CONSULINS
CONSULINS is an AI-assisted information platform for people in Korea. You enter your own situation and documents, and CONSULINS organizes the relevant Korean laws, public data and next steps into a plain-language summary. The service itself is in Korean, for Korean-speaking users.
What CONSULINS is
We help individuals and small businesses understand everyday legal, tax and administrative questions — for example taxes, home rental deposits (jeonse), labor and employment, starting a business, inheritance, divorce and government support programs.
Results are reference information, not legal or tax advice. When a step needs a licensed professional, we connect the user with a verified expert.
Shorts Studio and TikTok
Shorts Studio lets a user turn their own content into a short vertical video inside CONSULINS.
If the user chooses, they can connect their own TikTok account and publish the finished video to that account. A video is posted only when the user presses the publish button themselves. We never post automatically, and we never post to anyone else’s account.
Publishing uses TikTok’s Content Posting API (Direct Post). Before posting, we show the options TikTok allows for that account, such as who can view the video and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed, and the user chooses them.
How we handle TikTok data
We request only two permissions: user.info.basic, to show which account is connected, and video.publish, to post the video the user chooses.
The access token is stored encrypted and is used only to publish the videos the user selects and to check their upload status. We do not read followers, messages or other videos.
The user can disconnect TikTok at any time in CONSULINS. Disconnecting revokes the token with TikTok and removes it from our records.

The official Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are written in Korean. Where the English versions differ, the Korean text governs.
